The petition of the people in Prey Kes village was about supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th meeting, 1st legislature, on Pol Pot, Ieng Sary and Khieu Samphan’s crimes on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition stated that 500 people living in Prey Kes village, felt angry at Pol Pot who committed a crime and was a lackey of Chinese hegemony for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. Moreover, when, Pol Pot held power, he exterminated Cambodian people and also ruined society. Cambodian people never met this event before.
ញតិ្ដរបស់ប្រជាជននៅភូមិព្រៃកែស គាំទ្រចំពោះសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដ របស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់អំពីប្រជាជនចំនួន៥០០នាក់ក្នុងភូមិព្រៃកែសមាន កំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរ ភាពចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាច ក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គម មនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។
