The petition support the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature, on Pol Pot, Ieng Sary and Khieu Samphan’s crimes on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition stated that 22 monks, felt angry at Pol Pot who committed a crime and was a lackey of Chinese hegemony for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. Moreover, when, Pol Pot held power, he exterminated Cambodian people and also ruined society. Cambodian people never met this event before. This petition was dated on September 30, 1983 and reported by Et Thaut, it was also attached with the name list of monks.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភា នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋ ប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជា សម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម របស់បន ប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផន មកលើប្រជាជន កម្ពុជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដ រៀបរាប់ថា ព្រះសង្ឃគង់នៅវត្ដព្រៃតាកុយភ្នំលាវ ចំនួន២២អង្គ មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុត ចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋ ប៉ុល ពត ជាបរិវាអោយ បនអនុត្ដរភាព ចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែល ពួកវាកាន់អំណាចក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករ វិនាសកម្មមកលើ អាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គមមនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយឯត ថូយ។ ភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយនូវបញ្ជីរាយនាម ឈ្មោះព្រះសង្ឃ គាំទ្រញតិ្ដ។
