This was the petition of people living at Koh Saom village supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature, and condemning to Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crime on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition described that 157 people were strongly bitter toward the crime committed by Pol Pot, a lackey of Chinese hegemony. During having an authority for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, Pol Pot exterminated Cambodian people and destroyed the society. The petition was dated on September 30, 1983 and written by Ros Happ.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជនភូមិកោះសោមចំពោះសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់ រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា ប្រជាជនចំនួន១៥៧នាក់មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាពចិន ប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាច ក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គម មនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយរស់ ហាប់។
