This was the 5-copy-report on the petition of people living at Boeng Sala Cheung sub-district supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of The People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature. The significance of the report was that:
- Determining to build an inscription in stones. - The name list of 812 people and monks. - The agenda of educational training session, between 7.30 am and 5.00 pm. This report dated on September 30, 1983 was signed by Srei Eng, committee of sub-district revolutionary people. របាយការណ៍បូកសរុបរបស់ឃុំបឹងសាលាខាងជើងសី្ដពីញតិ្ដគាំទ្រ សេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា សម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ មានចំនួន៥ច្បាប់។ - លទ្ធផលពិភាក្សាបេ្ដជ្ញាកំលាំងសិលាចារឹក - បញ្ជីរាយនាមប្រជាជនព្រះសង្ឃសរុបមាន៨១២នាក់។ - សកម្មភាពរៀនសូត្រដំណើរការទៅមុខចាប់ពីម៉េាង៧,៣០នាទី ទៅម៉េាង៥ល្ងាចបិទកម្មវិធី។ ចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយស្រីអេង ជាគណៈ កម្មាធិការប្រជាជនបដិវត្ដឃុំថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣។
