Northwest Zone military unit consisted of 2 divisions and 1 independent artillery battalion. The zone was supervised by Ta Nhim. The insurgency of Northwest Zone took place, ranging from the successive contact between soldiers and female soldiers and the moral offenses, taking a free stance toward travelling without permission, provoking conflict from a big cell to another to the inciting of soldiers to have conflict with cadre over marriage.
យោធាភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យមានចំនួន២កងពលនិងកងវរសេនាតូចកាំភ្លើង ឯករាជ្យ១ ហើយមានតាញឹមជាអ្នកក្ដាប់រួម។ ចំពោះបាតុភាព យោធាភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យមានដូចជាយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីមានការទាក់ទង គ្នាជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ហើយខូចសីលធម៍ជាមួយគ្នា សេរីដើរលេងគ្មាន ការចាត់តាំងទៅបាត់ៗពីកង មានការទំនាស់ពីកងធំ១ទៅកងធំ១ទៀត យុទ្ធជនមានទំនាស់ជាមួយកម្មាភិបាលពីបញ្ហាមិនរៀបគ្រួសារឱ្យ។
