This was the petition of 1,300 people such as cadres, staffs, ordinary people, and monks, who supported the resolution of the Assembly on the crime committed by Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, and Khieu Samphan, toward Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. Therefore, what occurred for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, Cambodian people felt angry at them and also could not forget them, because they exterminated the people and destroyed theirs property. For this event, the people have never known it before in Cambodia history.
ញតិ្ដរបស់កម្មាភិបាល បុគ្គលិក ប្រជាជន និងព្រះសង្ឃចំនួន ១៣០០នាក់ បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភាសី្ដ ពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨ មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយប្រជាជន មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាប់ជានិច្ចពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលពួកកាន់អំណាចនោះបានបង្កវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជនខេ្ទចខី្ទអស់ ដែលពុំធ្លាប់មានក្នុងប្រវតិ្ដ សាស្ដ្រ។
