Six soldiers working in Northern Zone were implicated in enemy's confession. Nhem Sean, soldier of Division 310 Office, confessed that Sei, Chief of Division, Region 42, obtained food, weapons and ammunition from Oeun and Voeung to be hidden in an attempt to counter the revolution. In 1974, Sei set a anti-revolutionary force plans and strengthened his networks. Implemented the plans to strike Phnom Penh in December 1977, Sei led the army to attack the Chroy Changva bridge targets. Yim Proeung, [member of]Battalion of State Logistical Warehouse, conceded that Sei was a traitor.
យោធានៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរចំនួន៦នាក់ជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយខ្មាំង។ ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម ស៊ាន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សី ប្រធានកងពល តំបន់ ៤២ថា សី ទទួលស្បៀង អាវុធ គ្រាប់រំសេវ មួយចំនួនពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង មកលាក់ទុក ដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយ បដិវត្ដ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សី ប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការបំផ្លាញកម្លាំង បដិវត្ដនិងពង្រឹងកម្លាំងបក្ខពួក។ ក្នុងផែនការវាយភ្នំពេញខែ១០ ១៩៧៧ សី ដឹកនាំទ័ពវាយនៅមុខសញ្ញាស្ពានជ្រោយចង្វា។ ឈ្មោះ យឹម ព្រឿង ភស្ដុភាវរសេនាតូចឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋឆ្លើយថាសីក្បត់។
