This was the petition of 25 cadres, staffs, and ordinary people living at Svay Pha-em sub-district supporting the resolution of the Assembly of People’s Republic of Kampuchea, on the crime committed between 1975-1978 by Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, and Khieu Samphan, lackeys of Chinese expansionist. People were bitter and also never forgot what occurred in the past for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, because Pol Pot smashed people down and ruined their properties. What happening in the past, the people have never known in the history.
ញតិ្ដរបស់កម្មាភិបាល បុគ្គលិក ប្រជាជនក្នុងឃុំស្វាយផ្អែមខាងជើង ចំនួន២៥នាក់ បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភា សី្ដពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨ មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយប្រជាជនមានកំហឹង ឈឺចាប់ជាប់ជានិច្ចពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលពួកកាន់អំណាចនោះបានបង្កវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិត និង ទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជន ដែលប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្រពុំដែលធ្លាប់ជួបប្រទះ។
