Khieu Kheang aka At, member of state warehouse political platoon at kilometer 6, confessed that in August 1975, Khuon reviewed Sei's network at Kampong Cham in order to manage plans to attack the revolution in August 1976. In May 1976, At received plans of fighting the party in August 1976 from Maly. Sei took responsible of cutting off road at Prek Kdam.
ខៀវ ឃាង ហៅ អាត សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច ៧១ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ គីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ឃួន ទៅ ពិនិត្យកម្លាំងរបស់ សី នៅកំពង់ចាម ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការវាយបក្ស ខែ៨-១៩៧៦។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៦ អាត បានទទួលការវាយបក្ស ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ាលី។ សីទទួលភារៈកាត់ផ្លូវម្ដុំព្រែកក្ដាម។
