According to the notes recorded by Duch about the confessions of Heng Pech, or alternatively known as Chhon, Pech often made mention of operations, the attitude towards secrecy, and also the attitude towards enduring hardship while within the CPK. Concerning the new Party members whom Pech claimed to have recruited, one of them is Seang Huolong.
