On September 19, 1973, Kit Koem Seng aka Try, chief of Sya Thmei village, commune 67, district 28, region 32, Northeast zone, was arrested by National Authority while he was escaping from a region occupied by enemy. In region 32, there were 3 battalion such as battalion 170, battalion 142 and battalion 132, and these units was under the command of Ta Nem. The units located in Chang Kay Sror Torb village and consisted of 400 soldiers, equipped with 2 M-82, 4 B40, 2 RPD, M79 and AK47 guns.
គិត គឹមសេង ហៅ ទ្រី ជាប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចភូមិស្យាថ្មី ឃុំ៦៧ ស្រុក២៨ តំបន់ ៣២ ភូមិភាគនិរតីទិស។ ជននេះត្រូវបានអាជ្ញា ធរជាតិចាប់ខ្លួនបានក្នុងពេលដែលឈ្មោះនេះរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង កាន់កាប់នៅថ្ងៃ ១៩ កញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣។ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ ៣២ នេះមានកងទ័ពចំនួន៣ កងវរសេនាតូច១៧០, ១៤២ និង១៣២ ស្ថិតក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះតាណែម ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ ក្នុងភូមិចង្កាយស្រទាប់មានកម្លាំងទាំងអស់៤០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយសាវុធៈ អ៊ឹម៨២ៈ ២ដើម, បេ៤០ៈ ៤ដើម, អ៊ែរប៉េដេ ២ដើម និងអ៊ឹម៧៩, អាកា៤៧។
