In August 1975, Chakrei went to Vietnam with Yim Sut. They stayed a night at region 25 and had a secrete meeting with Chhouk. In the morning tomorrow, Yoan and Meng accompanied them to Vietnam. When Chakrei, Yoan and Meng had a meeting with Vietnamese and finished it at 3 p.m., they returned back region 24. Chakrei's activities were not different as before. In 1975, Chakei moved to Phnom Penh.
ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ចក្រីទៅស្រុកយួន ជាមួយឹម ស៊ុត ដល់តំបន់ ២៤ ដេក ១ យប់ និងមានការប្រជុំសម្ងាត់ជាមួយតាឈូក លុះព្រឹកឡើង តាយាន់ និងតាម៉េង ជូនដំណើរទៅយួនទៀត។ ចក្រី, តាយាន់ និងតាម៉េង បានប្រជុំជាមួយយួនរហូតដល់ម៉ោង ៣ ទើបមកតំបន់ ២៤ វិញ។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ចក្រីគឺដដែលដដែលៗ គឺបានទៅ ស្រុកយួន ប្រជុំជាមួយយួន ប្រជុំសម្ងាត់ជាមួយតាឈូក និងវិលមកភ្នំពេញវិញនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
