In January 1977, Brother 010 withdrew Chhen from office K-4 to K-7 and assigned him to control office K-7's forces and messengers. Brother 010 ordered Chhen to make contact with Kin and reported him on the activities to destroy the revolution. Kin convinced workers of bad condition in living, provoked turmoil in factory of medical production, cut electricity off for one week in factory and demanded 20 sacks of chemical medicine by putting soil into it.
ខែ១-១៩៧៧ បង ០១០ បានដក ឆេន ពីមន្ទីរក-៤ មកនៅ ក-៧ និងមានភារៈកិច្ចក្ដាប់កម្លាំងរបស់ ក-៧ និង ក្ដាប់និរសារទាក់ទង មកមូលដ្ឋាន។ បង ០១០ បានឱ្យ ឆេន ទាក់ទង គីន និង សកម្មភាពដែលបានធ្វើអ្វីខ្លះក្នុងការបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ។ គីន បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាព ដូចជា បំផុសកម្លាំងកម្មករឱ្យមានសីលធម៌រស់នៅមិន ស្អាតស្អំ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅរោងចក្រផលិតថ្នាំ ធ្វើឱ្យដាច់ចរន្ដ អគ្គិសនីនៅក្នុងរោងចក្រមួយអាទិត្យ ធ្វើឱ្យរោងចក្រធ្វើអំពូលថ្នាំស្ទះ ៤ ថ្ងៃ និងយកដីទៅដាក់ជាមួយជាតិគីមីខូចអស់២០ បាវ។
