Ven aka Soeun, deputy chief of Kbal Thnall gas platoon in Phnom Penh, took part in traitorous activities such as throwing away car's equipment secretly, collecting grenades and mines, killing 18 workers in Kampong Tik by using poisonous substance, spreading out debaucheries, and insulting the communist countries.
វ៉ែ ហៅ សឿន អនុសេនាតូច សាំងក្បាលថ្នល់ភំ្នពេញ បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពដូចជា លួចដោះប៊ូស៊ីឡានបោះចោល ដើរប្រមូល គ្រាប់បែក មីន បំពុលកម្មករកំពង់ទឹកពលីអស់ ១៨ នាក់ សាបព្រួស អំពើពាលាអាវ៉ែសែ និង ជេរប្រទេសកុម្មុយនីស្ដ។
