Tep Phall aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh energy office, confessed that when he had worked in northern zone, Khuon assigned Monh to serve as chief of performing arts in zone. Under the assignment of Khuon, Monh convinced people of white khmer movement. After April 17, 1975 Khuon assigned Monh to build up network in state garment office.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរថាមពលភ្នំពេញ បានឆ្លើយថា កាលនៅឧត្ដរ ឃួន ចាត់តាំង ម៉ុញអោយធ្វើប្រធានសិល្បះ ភូមិភាគ។ ម៉ុញដើរឃោសនា បំផុសពីរឿងខ្មែរស តាមការចាត់តាំង របស់ ឃួន។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំង ម៉ុញ អោយទៅបង្កើតខ្សែបក្ខថ្មី នៅមន្ទីកាត់ដេររដ្ឋ។
