Tep Phall aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh energy office, confessed that Vann, chief of Sotr Nikum district and Chea, deputy secretary of Sotr Nikum district, were traitorous network of Khuon. They took responsible for convincing people in Sotr Nikum district to serve in the movement of White Khmer and to disgust the revolutionary regime.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរចាត់ការថាមពល ភ្នំពេញ បាន សារភាពពី វ៉ាន់ គណៈស្រុកសូត្រនិគម និង ជា អនុលេខាស្រុក សូត្រនិគម ថាៈ ជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់ ឃួន និងទទួលភារៈបំផុសប្រជាជន ក្នុងស្រុកសូត្រនិគម អោយចូលរួមក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរស ហើយស្អប់របប បដិវត្ដ។
