Seng Leang Kry aka Chhoel, chief of small unit, division 502, confessed that Phann, working at company, battalion 131, region 25, discussed with his network on the plan to destroy the party and convince soldiers to flee home in order to destroy the revolutionary forces.
សេង លាងគ្រី ហៅ ឆិល ប្រធានកងតូច កងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពពី ផាន់ អនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ១៣១ តំបន់ ២៥ ថាៈ បានជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយបក្សពួក អំពីផែនការបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ និង បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ដើម្បីអោយកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដចុះខ្សោយ។
