Seng Soeun, working at production cell of region 15, confessed that Keo Sath, secretary of Lvea sub-district, got angry at the Angkar because the Angkar kicked out his position and sent him back to grind husked rice at Chamkar Leu district. Because of that, Soeun persuaded Sath to join the traitorous activities.
សេង សឿន នៅកងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ ឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ កែវ សាធ លេខាឃុំល្វា មានសតិអារម្មណ៍ ជាមួយអង្គការពីបញ្ហាដែល អង្គការដកអោយទៅធ្វើអង្ករនៅស្រុកចំការលើ។ ដោយសារតែ បញ្ហារឿងនេះ សឿនបានឃោសនាអូសទាញអោយរួមសកម្មភាព ក្បត់ជាមួយ។
