Seng Hor, is male. Hor lives in Prek Chik village, Sambour Meas commune, Kampong Cham district, Kampong Cham province.
In 1970, because of appealing by the king Norodom Sihanuk to struggle with Lon Nol soldier, Hor ran into the forest. In 1973, there were many people evacuated home village by KR. Some of them fled to Peam, and others to Bos Khno village. At that time Hor was farmer. Hor said, between 1973 and 1975, at Ra- ka Kory village, Kang Meas district had an office to put the prisoner, and then KR would send all of them to Bos Khno. Based on Hor said, most people who were sent to that village, it rarely appeared again. In 1976, in the village, Communal food was created by KR. In 1977, there were many people were killed by KR at Prey Ta Er, which located in Svay Meas village, Svay Meas commune, Kampong Siem district , Kampong Cham province. Hor was arrested by KR, however he was released because he had known the KR soldier, Loeung. Loeung was chief of commune there. Hor knew that most arrested people, some of them occupied as soldier, and others were Cham ethnic, especially Cham who lived at Koh Rorka. KR gathered Cham ethics to kill, but two people were left. Two of them hide secretly of riding in a board, while KR was having a meeting. Huon Sim was a chief of Cooperative. Hor said, in 1978, Yuth got the command to stop killing by higher rank of KR. សេង ហ៊រ ភេទប្រុស។ ហ៊រ រស់នៅភូមិព្រែកជីក ឃុំសំបួរមាស ស្រុកកំពង់ចាម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ហ៊រ រត់ចូលពៃ្រដោយសារមានកការឃោសនា របស់សមេ្ដចនរោត្ដមសីហនុ ដើម្បី តស៊ូប្រឆាំងជាមួយទាហាន លន់ នល់។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ខែ្មរក្រហម ជម្លៀសប្រជាជនចេញពីភូមិ ទៅនៅពាម ខ្លះទៅនៅបុសខ្មុរ។ ចំណែក ហ៊ មាននាទីជាអ្នកធ្វើ ស្រែចម្ការធម្មតាទេ។ ហ៊រ និយាយថា ចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣៧៥ នៅភូមិរកាគយ នៅ ស្រុកកងមាស មានកនែ្លងសម្រាប់ ដាក់អ្នកទោស ក្រោយមក ទើប បព្ជូានទៅបុសខ្នុរ។ បើតាមហ៊រនិយាយ អ្នកដែលខែ្មរក្រហម បព្ជូាន ទៅ កម្រនឹងត្រលប់មកវិញណាស់។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខែ្មរក្រហមបង្កើតឱ្យមានហូបបាយរួមនៅក្នុង ភូមិ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ហ៊រ ដឹង ថាខែ្មរក្រហមយក មនុស្សទៅវាយ ចោលនៅឯម្ដុំ ព្រែកតាអែ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិស្វាយមាស ឃុំស្វាយមាស ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ហ៊រ ធ្លាប់ ខែ្មរ ក្រហមចាប់យកទៅ តែត្រូវ ខែ្មរក្រហមដោះលែងមកវិញ ដោយ សារតែគាត់ធ្លាប់ស្គាល់យោធាឈ្មោះ លឿង ដែលជាគណៈ ឃុំ នៅទីនោះ។ ហ៊រ ដឹងថាប្រជាជនដែលចាប់ទៅភាគច្រើន គឺជា អ្នក ជាប់និន្នាការទាហាន និងជនជាតិ ចាម ជាពិសេសជន ជាតិចាម នៅម្ដុំកោះរការ។ ខែ្មរក្រហមប្រមូលយកជនជាតិចាមនៅម្ដុំនេះ ទៅ សម្លាប់ចោលទាំងអស់ នៅក្នុងចំនោមអ្នកទាំងនោះមាន តែ២ នាក់ទេដែលមានជីវិតរស់មកវិញ។ ព្រោះ ថាឆេ្លÃៈតឱកាស នៅ ពេលដែលខែ្មរក្រហមប្រជុំ ពួកគាត់នាំគ្នាលួចជិះទូករត់។ ប្រធាន សហករណ៍ ឈ្មោះ ហួន ស៊ីម។ ហ៊រ បនែ្ថមទៀតថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៨នេះ ខាងថ្នាក់លើរបស់ខែ្មរ ក្រហមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ យុទ្ធ ថាឱ្យ បញ្ឈប់ការសម្លាប់។
