The report sent to the party on the confession of 51-year-old prisoner Nop Soeun, his wife Hul Sunteak Ry aka Nha; this prisoner was a teacher in Takeo province. After April 17, 1975 he came to live in his wife's birthplace. When, the base authority nominated to plow a field; this prison indirectly criticized the authority, and was a cruel rebellious person defecating in cooperative's eating hall. Other prisoner Ek Ley, 26, born in Ta-eng village, Kampot sub-district, Kampot district, Kampot province, was a final class student; his father's name was Ek Sien, and his mother's name was Sem Ngim. After April 17, 1975 Ek Ley was sent to youth unit in Nheng Nhang sub-district, Tram Kak district. Ek Ley's activity was to steal something, while the authority assigned him to transplant rice seedlings; moreover, Ek Ley transplanted rice seedlings by not putting rice seedlings' roots in ground in order to cause them not to grow up.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបក្សពីចម្លើយអ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ ណុប សឿន អាយុ ៥១ ឆ្នាំ ប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ហ៊ុល សុន្ទរី ហៅ ញ៉។ អ្នកទោស នេះមានមុខងារជាគ្រូបង្រៀននៅតាកែវ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មកនៅស្រុកកំណើតខាងប្រពន្ធ។ អ្នកទោសនេះ ពេល មូលដ្ឋានចាត់តាំងឱ្យភ្ជួរ និយាយបញ្ឆិតបពោ្ឆៀង ហើយជាមនុស្ស ប្រឆាំងឃោរឃៅបំផុត ហ៊ានទៅអាចម៍ដាក់រោងបាយសហករណ៍។ ម្នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ ឯក លៃ អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ «ពុកឈ្មោះ ឯក សៀន ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ សែម ងឹម កើតនៅភូមិតាអេង ឃុំ ស្រុក ខេត្ដកំពត ជាកូនសិស្សថ្នាក់បញ្ចប់។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ចេញ ទៅនៅកងប្រមូលផ្ដុំយុវជនឃុំញ៉ែងញ៉ង ស្រុកត្រាំកក់។ សកម្មភាព របស់ជននេះ គឺលួច ពេលដែលមូលដ្ឋាន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យស្ទូងជននេះស្ទូង បត់គល់សំណាបឡើងលើ ដើម្បីកុំឱ្យ សន្ទូងលូតរួច។
