In the Khmer Rouge's time, Tahak was assigned to build dams, to carry soil, and to do farming without a rest. The food ration was insufficient in which there was only porrage that mixed with corn and banana. Tahak got married in the Khmer Rouge's regime.
កាលពីសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម តហាក ធ្វើការគ្មានពេលសម្រាកទេ ការងារមានដូចជាជីកទំនប់ រែកដី ធ្វើស្រែ។ ហើយសម្រាប់ការហូបវិញ មិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ទេ មានតែបបរលាយ ពោត បាយលាយចេក។ តហាក បានរៀបការក្នុងសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម។
