Thai Se aka Hvouy Seng, was born in 1952, Phnom Penh. In 1968, this person enlisted in the revolution when he was a student. This person was a main member of Angkar in June 1973. Presently, Thai Se, was a city worker, good relation with Angkar, followed Angkar's principle, but he was physically weak because a Chinese-Cambodia.
