KTI0759 20050313, Serey Samaky Kandal village, Sralao sub-district, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. Interviewed by Noy Sophary. Notes: Keo Khom is alive. Interviewed with Tit Orn, 63, Keo Khom's cousin. Orn said that Cheang left the village after the a demonstration agaist Lon Nol government. Angkar forced him to serve the army with the other villagers' children. After 1979, it was said that he was alive. He had sent some money to his parents before they died. Currently, he has never visited his home village.

ឃុំស្រឡៅ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ សម្ភាសដោយៈ ណយ សុផារី។ កំណត់សំគាល់ៈកែវ ខុម នៅរស់។ ជួបសម្ភាស ជាមួយ ទិត អ៊ន អាយុ៦៣ឆ្នាំ ជាជីដូនមួយរបស់ កែវ ខុម។ អ៊នបាននិយាយថា ជាងបានចេញពីភូមិក្រោយបាតុ កម្ម លន់ នល់។ អង្គការបានបង្ខំគាត់ឱ្យទៅធ្វើទ័ពជាមួយកូន អ្នកភូមិផេ្សង ទៀត។ ក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ មានគេមកប្រាប់ថា គាត់នៅ រស់។ គាត់បានផ្ញើរលុយមកឪពុកម្តាយគាត់ដែរ មុនពេល ម្តាយឪពុក គាត់ស្លាប់។ ឥឡូវគាត់មិនដែរទាក់ទងមកស្រុកភូមិ នេះទេ។ |
