On May 16, 1970, Soeng Chun Hong, who lived in Ong commune, Kampong Siem district of Kampong Cham peovince, volunteered to serve the Khmer National Army as military police corporal-trainee.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ សឹង ជុនហុង រស់នៅឃុំរអ៊ាង ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម បានស្មគ្រ័ចិត្ដចូល បម្រើក្នុងកងយោធាពលខេមរជាតិ មានឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រី តម្រួតយោធា។
