On July 06, 1971, about 60 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers armed with heavy artilleries and rifles under the command of Ngin Ty participated in a meeting at VT 923-245, in Ang Kanh village, Ang Kanh sub-district, Prey Kabass district, Takeo province. On the other hand, they convinced villagers who lived in the above region to join the Khmer Viet Cong movement.
ពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកខ្មាំង( កាវ៉េអឺ) ចំនួនប្រហែល ៦០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធធ្ងន់ ធន់ស្រាល ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ងិន ទី បានធ្វើការប្រជុំនៅភូមិអង្កាញ់ ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩២៣-២៤៥ ដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជារាស្ដ្រនៅសង្កាត់នោះ ចូលធ្វើខ្មែរយៀកកុងដូចពួកខ្លួន។
