On July 09, 1971, around 160 North Yuon-Khmer Viet Congs soldiers established shelters at the center of an area bordered at VT 696-640, 692-644, 658-644 and 658-640 to the North of Kra Bao village in Ro kar sub-district, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. Some 15 others were nominated to raid on the national armed forces at VT 652-750 in Trapang Trach village, Dam Nak Am Pel sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យួនយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង ចំនួនប្រហែល១៦០នាក់ មកតាំងជម្រកនៅខាងជើងភូមិក្របៅ ក្នុង រង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៩៦-៦៤០, ៦៩២-៦៤៤, ៦៥៨-៦៤៤, ៦៥៨-៦៤០ ក្នុងឃុំរកា ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង និងកងឆ្មក់ប្រហែល ១៥នាក់ នៅភូមិត្រពាំងត្រាច ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៥២-៧៥០ ក្នុងឃុំតំណាក់អំពិល ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។
