For more than a month from July 30, 1974, and September 14, 1974, 26 Free Khmer soldiers and 70 Khmer refugees who came from Staong district, Kampong Thom province, established a military strategy center in Kampong Chhnang province.
ក្នុងរយៈពេល១ខែកន្លះ គឺចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្ដដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានបើកកន្លែងហឹ្វកហឺ្វនក្បួនទ័ព មួយកន្លែងដែលមានមនុស្សចូលរួមចំនួន២៦នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានកង សេរីកា និងជនភៀសខ្លួនមកពីស្ទោង ដែលមានចំនួន៧០នាក់ផង។
