Kampuchea civil airline reported on flight activities on June 25, 1976. 1. Arrival and departure: chinese CAAC aircraft No.2408 arrived in Phnom Penh at 10:55 with 117 passengers; Khmer, Chineses, Albanians including personal belonggings and non personal belonging, such as , donation from Yugioslavia to Kampuchea, luggage from a mission on Paris (medicine), newspapers and magazine of chinese Embassy, lauggage of Yugoslavia's and Cuba's Embassy, films of Korean Embassy. The plane took off at 12.25 with 31 passengers, Khmer, Chineses, Koreans. 2. work experience: plane cleaning, cold and not water service, passport checking, ticket selling, luggage weighting, hygen, customers greeting and security. 3. Accounting: Chinese traveller paid in Yuan while Khmer and Foreigner paid in dollar. The income of this moth was 88665 Yans and 10,783 dollars. In this month we need to pay back China 228,735 Yans. In conclusion, the task had been done fairly effective for Angkar. The weak point was driving a car while the plane was about to take off, getting confused with tickets and luggage and disordered, the pilots did not abide by the discipline, cleaning was not yet independent-some cigarrettes filters remains.
ការិយាល័យស៊ីវិលអាកាសចរកម្ពុជា បានរាយការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាព ដំណើរការយន្ដហោះក្នុងថ្ងៃទី១២-មិថុនា-១៩៧៦។ ១. ពេលយន្ដ ហោះចុះ និងឡើងយន្ដហោះចិនសេអាអាសេ លេខ២៤០៨ មកដល់ ភ្នំពេញ ម៉េាង១០ៈ៥៥នាទី។ អ្នកដំណើរមាន ១១៧នាក់ មានជន ជាតិខ្មែរ ចិន និងអាល់បានី។ សម្ភាររួមមាន សម្ភារដាក់តាមខ្លួន សម្ភារ គ្មានម្ចាស់ដូចជា អំណោយយូហ្គោស្លាវី សម្ភារបេសកកម្ម យើងទៅប៉ារីស មានថ្នាំ។ សម្ភារស្ថានទូតចិនមាន កាសែត ទស្សនាវដ្ដីទូត យូហ្គោ ស្លាវី គុយបា និងហ្វីលកុនកូរ៉េ។ យន្ដហោះឡើងវិញម៉េាង ១២ៈ២៥ នាទី អ្នកដំណើរមាន ៣១នាក់ មានកម្ពុជា, ចិន និងកូរ៉េ។ ២.ផ្នែក ការដកពិសោធន៍ការងារមាន ផ្នែកសំអាតយន្ដហោះ និងចាក់ទឹកក្ដៅ-ត្រជាក់, ពិនិត្យលិខិតឆ្លងដែន, លក់សំបុត្រ, ថ្លឹងឥវ៉ាន់ចេញចូល, បញ្ហាអនាម័យ, ទទួលភ្ញៀវ, បព្ហាាសន្ដិសុខ។ ៣.ផ្នែកគណនេយ្យ បញ្ហា លុយកាក់ ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ ការធ្វើដំណើរ គឺយកជាលុយយ៉ាន់ ចំពោះ ជនជាតិចិន-កម្ពុជា បរទេសយកជាដុល្លារហើយត្រូវសងចិន ២២៨,៧៣៥យ៉ាន់។ សរុបសេចក្ដីមកក្នុងកិច្ចដំណើរការកន្លងមកបាន សម្រុកបំពេញ ភារកិច្ចជូនអង្គការបានទទួលឥទ្ធិពលល្អបង្គួរ។ ឯការខ្វះខាតនៅមាន ដូចជាបើកឡានចុះឡើងពេលយន្ដហោះរៀបចេញដំណើរ។ អ្នកដំណើរ មានបញ្ហាច្របូកច្របល់លើការដូរសំបុត្រ និងផ្ញើអ៊ីវ៉ាន់ ដើរប្រសេច ប្រសាចគ្មានសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់។ អ្នកបើកយន្ដហោះសេរីមិនគោរព វិន័យ ការសម្អាតមិនទាន់ម្ចាស់ការយកកមេ្ទចបារីមិនទាន់អស់។
