Sak Seb, a commander of Free Khmer armed forces in Tonle Sab region had signature change his since August 9, 1974 and he also submit a letter to the ministry of great solidarity, to recognise its officially.
លោកមេបញ្ជាការកងសេរិកាតំបន់ទនេ្លសាបឈ្មោះ សាក់ សែប បាន ធើ្វការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរហត្ថលេខារបស់ខ្លួនចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នេះតទៅ។ ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរហត្ថលេខានេះលោក សាក់ សែប បានធើ្វលិខិតមួយជូនទៅលោករដ្ឋមន្រី្ដក្រសួងមហាសាមគី្គជាតិ ដើម្បីកំណត់ជាផ្លូវការ។
