On June 27, 1976, there was a meeting between secretaries, division logistic workers and regiment which was chaired by comrade 89. Agenda: Reporting on farming situation. Total expereince finding and set up future objective and raising up other problem. Comrade 89 raised two tasks of farming: 1.Short term rice from September to December. 2.Farming to support ourselves 100% and Angkar 50%. In short, people had to deal with live in the interval between September and December, by conducting short term rice, don't ask Angkar for rice and conducting long term rice as strategy to achieve our plan because we have more possibilities than base people. comrade Nat, proposed more rice seeds than needed because when broadcasted and they don't grow then it is difficult to find. Brother 89 recommeded not to say (Kaurop Angkar) any more when anyone speaks.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧-មិថុនា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំលេខាភស្ដុភារកងពល និងវរៈសេនាធំឯករាជ្យ ដែលដឹកនាំអង្គប្រជុំដោយសមមិត្ដ៨៩។ របៀបវរៈមានៈ រាយការណ៍សភាពការណ៍បង្កបង្កើនផល សរុបការដក ពិសោធន៍ និងលើកវិស័យការងារទៅមុខទៀត និងបញ្ហាផេ្សងៗ។ សមមិត្ដ៨៩ បានសរុបរឮកភារៈកិច្ចបង្កបង្កើនផលមានពីរ គឺៈ ១. ធ្វើស្រូវស្រាល ដើម្បីឆ្លងកាត់ពីខែកញ្ញា ដល់ខែធ្នូ។ ២. បង្កបង្កើនផលឧបត្ថម្ភខ្លួនឱ្យបាន១០០ភាគរយ និងឧបត្ថម្ភអង្គការ ៥០ភាគរយ។ និយាយរួមត្រូវ ដោះស្រាយជីវភាព ពេលឆ្លងកាត់ឱ្យ បានដោយធ្វើស្រូវស្រាលកុំស៊ី អង្គការឱ្យសោះ និងត្រូវធ្វើស្រូវធ្ងន់ ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រត្រូវធ្វើឱ្យបានតាម ផែនការ ព្រោះយើងមានលទ្ធភាព ច្រើនជាងមូលដ្ឋាន។ មិត្ដណាត ក៏សំណូមពរពូជស្រូវត្រូវរកឱ្យលើស បើល្មមដល់សាបទៅមិនដុះអាចខ្វះ ពិបាករកទៀត។ បង៨៩ ផ្ដល់មតិ ស្នើមុននិយាយកុំបាច់ថា «សុំគោរពអង្គការទៀត»។
