On September 6, 1976, Pon sent his report to Duch, chief of S-21. The report described 5 main points, 1)to punish 4 prisoners violently in order to get the result from the meeting's plan; 2)to confess prisoners the last activities and the future plots; 3)to get the result from prisoners; 4)to concentrate on situation, figure of the meeting and the condition after arresting Chakrei, Sophan, Sophat, Ros and Phuon; and 5)Pon requested Duch to give the correction.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ពីប៉ុន ទៅ ឌុច ប្រធាន ស-២១ ធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី ៦-៩-១៩៧៦។ ក្នុងសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍មាន ៥ ចំណុចទី ១ សំរុកធ្វើទារុណកម្មអ្នកទោស ៤ នាក់ ដើម្បីសួរយកចម្លើយ អំពីផែនការប្រជុំទី ២ សួរអ្នកទោសពីសកម្មភាពចុងក្រោយ និងផែនការបន្ដទៅថ្ងៃមុខរបស់បក្សពួកទី៣ លទ្ធផលដែលទទួលបាន ពីអ្នកទោស ទី៤ ផ្ដោតអារម្មណ៍ទៅលើរូបភាព និង សភាពការណ៍ ពេលប្រជុំ, សភាពការណ៍ក្រោយចាប់ ចក្រី, សុផាន, សុផាត, រស់ ភួន និងចំណុចទី៥ ជាសំណើរបសស់ ប៉ុន សុំអោយ ឌុចមានមតិតំរ៉ែតម្រង់។
