Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
They have reported to brother 89 that on Radar screen, they first saw a big enemy aircraft flying from Vietnam to Thailand. The plane was flying east of Koh Vay, over vietnamese sea and Koh Pring and over Thai sea, 280 Km from Koh Pring. Secondly, they saw a small aircraft flying from Thailand to Vietnam over Thai sea across west Koh Vien, east of Koh Vay and disappear at Vietnameses sea, 29 Km from Koh Vay. At the third time, they saw a big plane over Thai sea flying across west of Koh Vien, east of Koh Vay, toward Vietnam and disappeared at Vietnamese sea, 247 Km from Koh Vay.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍មួយជូនបង៨៩ ស្ដីពីសភាពការណ៍ពិនិត្យតាមរ៉ាដា បូកគោលើកទី១ បានឃើញយន្ដហោះធុនធំមួយគ្រឿងហោះពីយួនទៅ សៀមឃើញលើសមុទ្រយួនហោះខាងកើតកោះវ៉ៃ ហើយយន្ដហោះ កាត់កោះព្រីងបាត់លើសមុទ្រសៀមចម្ងាយ២៨០គម។ លើកទី២ បាន ឃើញយន្ដហោះធុនតូចមួយហោះពីសៀម ទៅយួនឃើញលើសមុទ្រ សៀមហោះខាងលិចកោះវៀរខាងកើតកោះវ៉ៃ រួចបាត់លើសមុទ្រ យួនចម្ងាយ២៩គម។ លើកទី៣ឃើញយន្ដហោះធុនធំមួយហោះពី សៀមទៅយួនឃើញលើសមុទ្រសៀម ហោះខាងលិចកោះវៀរខាង កើតកោះវ៉ៃហើយបាត់លើសមុទ្រយួនចម្ងាយ២៤៧គម។
