On May 21, 1974, Khmer Rrepublic students under the command of Luch Soeun, held a press conference in Khmer soviet high technical institute in which there were 250 participants, 30 National and International journalists and other students.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ និស្សិតសាធារណៈរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់លោក ឡុច សឿន បានធើ្វសនិ្នសិទិ្ធសូវៀត ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន២៥០នាក់ ដោយមានអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ អន្ដរជាតិចំនួន៣០នាក់ និស្សិត និងសិស្សចូលរួមផងដែរ។
