On July 01, 1971, the North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers set up a military strategy center at WU 588-593, training Khmer Youth in Prek Kakk rubber plantation, Prek Kak sub-district, Stung Trang district, Kampong Cham province. About 500 to 700 Young men and women who lived in village 35 were trained in military strategy by 15 north Vietnamese teachers including 2 Khmer teachers who came from Hanoi (in the North Vietname).
ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំងវៀតកុងយួនខាងជើងបានតាំង មណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនវិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រអប់រំយុវជន យុវនារីខ្មែរនៅភូមិ លេខ៣៥ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺអ៊ុយ ៥៨៨-៥៩៣ ក្នុងចម្ការកៅស៊ូ ព្រែកកក់ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកកក់ ស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់។ មានយុវជន យុវនារីខ្មែរប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ទៅ៧០០នាក់ មានគ្រូបង្ហាត់ជាជន ជាតិយួនចំនួន១៥នាក់ និងខ្មែរចំនួន៧នាក់ និងខ្មែរមកពីហាណូយ ចំនួន២នាក់ផងដែរ។
