The North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers established military strategy center at WU 249-114, in Sya Boeng Veng village, Prek Rum Deng sub-district, Srey Santhor district, Kandal province. About 300 volunteer Khmer people who were about 18 to 35 years old were trained in military strategy in the above center by the north Vietnamese teachers who came from Hanoi.
សព្វថ្ងៃនេះយៀកកុងយណខាងជើងបានតាំងជំរុំហ្វឹកហ្វឺនទ័ពមួយនៅ ភូមិស្យាបឹងវែង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ២៤៩-១១៤ ក្នុង សង្កាត់ព្រែករំដេង ក្នុងស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ដោយមានខ្មែរស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដដែល មានអាយុពី១៨ទៅ៣៥ឆ្នាំ ចំនួន៣០០នាក់។ ចំណែកឯគ្រូបង្ហាត់សុទ្ធ តែយួនមកពីហាណូយ។
