Khmer Communist chief of region 37, unknown name, and Kampong Saom committee, Seng, established a headquarter at Koh Tauch village at US 975-667. Khmer Communist also established a training center comprising of 300 trainee, who were training a military strategy course for a month. The training center was guarded by 400 Khmer Communist and in charge by chief of Koh Tauch district, Ta Chhum.
ប្រធានតំបន់លេខ៣៧ របស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ និងគណៈ កម្មការស្រុកកំពង់សោម ឈ្មោះ សេង បានមកតាំងទីស្នាក់ការនៅភូមិ កោះតូច ចំណុចអ៊ុយអេស ៩៧៥-៦៦៧។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដបាន បង្កើតមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនមួយនៅភូមិរុង ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអេស ៩៦៩-៦៦១ ដែលមានសិស្ស៣០០នាក់ កំពង់រៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ រយៈពេលមួយខែ ក្នុងមួយវគ្គ។ មណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺននេះការពារដោយខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដ៤០០នាក់ ហើយទទួលខុសត្រូវដោយប្រធានឃុំកោះតូច ឈ្មោះ តាឈុំ។
