On August 15, 1976, soldiers in Battalion 513, caught 2 soldiers Sout, and Eng, who were combatants in Regiment 152, Battalion 134, Company 209. Those 2 soldiers were caught near the South of airport. The 2 soldiers stole people's belongings such as: hens, rice and other things. They both were encouraged to do so by Sovannn and Sann saying that joining the revolution was difficult and that we did not have enough food to eat. They came to that airport to steal things and to know where they kept aircrafts and where weapon warehouse was. Then, he reported to Sovan and Sovan reported to another.
