On August 2, 1976, there was a meeting between secretary, and under-secretary of Division and Regiment. The items on the agenda for the meeting were as follow: 1.The result of studying statutes, decision of divisions' meeting, achievement of early rice planting, future target, report on late rice and other experiment. 2.Setting the target for early rice. 3.Streghtening armed forces in the unit, ways of getting things done well and military hospital.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២-សីហា-៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយរវាងលេខា និងអនុលេខា កងពល និងអនុវរៈសេនាធំ។ របៀបវរៈមាន ១. រាយការណ៍ពីបញ្ហាលទ្ធផលនៃការរៀនសូត្រលក្ខន្ដិកៈ និងសេចក្ដី សមេ្រចចិត្ដរបស់សន្ដិបាត កងពលអំពីសមេ្រចភារកិច្ចធ្វើស្រូវ ស្រាល តើបានតាមផែនការហើយ ឬនៅ? ទិសដៅថ្ងៃមុខរាយកាណ៍ ពីសភាពស្រូវធ្ងន់ និងពិសោធន៍ផេ្សងៗ។ ២. លើកទិសការងារខាង ស្រូវស្រាល។ ៣. បញ្ហាផេ្សងៗ មានពង្រឹងផ្ទៃក្នុងអង្គភាពរបៀប របបធ្វើការងារក្នុងកងពល និងបញ្ហាដេកពេទ្យសេនាធិការ។
