Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August 18, 1976, a meeting was held to talk about the size of land to be cultivated for 4 year plan made by the party, including the type of land to be cultivated twice a yearwith 6 tons of rice per hectar. and the type of land to be cultivated once a year with 3 tons of rice per hectar. Planting certain subsidiary crops, enemy's activities and fuel for water pumping machine. Finally, comrade 89 drew conclusion that during July and August there were no any armed clashes between our soldiers and enemies a long borders.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨-សីហា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយស្ដីពីការកំណត់ ចំនួនដីដែលត្រូវធ្វើផែនការ៤ឆ្នាំ របស់បក្សមានដីធ្វើពីរដងបានផល ៦តោន និងដីប្រភេទធម្មតាយកផល ៣តោន។ បញ្ហាដាំដើមគរ សណ្ដែងសៀង ដាំពោត។ បញ្ហាសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង និងបញ្ហាបេ្រង សម្រាប់បូមទឹក។ សមមិត្ដ៨៩ បានសរុបមតិពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងក្នុង ខែកក្កដា និង ខែសីហា នេះតាម ព្រំដែនគ្មានជំទាស់ទេ គ្មានការប៉ះ ពាល់ដល់ការបង្កបង្កើនផល និងការហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសដល់កងទ័ព យើងទេ។
