Eng Tech, 17 years old, entered the party in 1975, at Sampan village, Koh Thom sub-district, Koh Thom district, region 25 and was a combatant in unit 512. He was arrested after having escaped twice from the unit. He also confessed that Hong, Phy, and him hid in a house near Olympic stadium and then they met Sum and other 50 people. They divided themselves into groups to find rice and clothes. Sum and his associates were enemies, according to Tech's confession.
អេង តិច អាយុ ១៧ឆ្នាំ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ នៅភូមិសំប៉ាន ឃុំកោះធំ ស្រុកកោះធំ តំបន់២៥ ជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងអង្គភាព ៥១២ ហើយ បានរត់ចំនួន២ដង ត្រូវបានចាប់បានវិញ។ តាមចម្លើយ សម៉ីខ្លួនសកម្មភាពក្រោយពេលរត់មានឈ្មោះ ហង់ភី និងខ្លួនបានទៅ ពួនលើផ្ទះថ្មក្បែរជ្រុងស្ដាតអូឡាំពេច ហើយបានជួបឈ្មោះ សុំ ហើយ សុំ បានហៅទៅប្រជុំមានគ្នា ៥០នាក់ ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យសាម៉ីខ្លួន ដើរ ប្រមូលអង្គរ និងខោអាវបំផុសឱ្យបក្សពួកធ្វើការឱ្យឈ្មោះ សុំ យោងតាមចម្លើយឈ្មោះ សុំ និងបក្សពួកពិតជាខ្មាំង។
