Comrade Teanh, reported to comrade 89 and 87 about a meeting with the participation of comrade Teanh, and Buo, representing khmer side, and Si Siv Neang, representing chinese economic office. Si Siv Neang said in the meeting that ammunition studying was posponed to April 1977, because in this month, China was too cold.
សមមិត្ដទាញបានផ្ញើលិខិតឱ្យសមមិត្ដ៨៩ និង៨៧ រាយការណ៍ពីប្រជុំ មួយរវាងចិន និងខ្មែរ ដែលមានខាងខ្មែរសមមិត្ដ ទាញ និងសមមិត្ដ បួ ខាងចិនមានស៊ីស៊ីវនាង តំណាងកម្មាភិបាលសេដ្ឋកិច្ចចិន។ ខាងចិន មាន មតិលើបញ្ហាការរៀនផ្នែករំសេវនៅចិន ត្រូវលើកនៅខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ វិញ ព្រោះខែនេះប្រទេសចិនត្រជាក់ណាស់ពុំអាចរៀន បាន។
