Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Comrade Yi, sent a telegram to comrade 870, about enemy situation along Cambodia-Vietnam border which they constantly entered in our country, some of them were arrested, and others were being found most of prisoners were second lieutenent of Vietnameses soldiers and capitain of Vietnamese soldiers. Nowaday, our people started to farm because it was raining season. In addition, many people and armed forces who were living in region 21, always entered to cut palm-leaves and trees in region 505 without giving information in advance to us. Please, chief of Southeast zone give information first to chief of region 505, before entering in region 505.
សមមិត្ដ យី បានផ្ញើទូរលេខមួយឱ្យសមមិត្ដ៨៧០ ស្ដីពីសភាពការណ៍ ខ្មាំងនៅព្រំដែនយួន ចេះតែរត់ចូលជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់យើងតាមចាប់បាន ខ្លះហើយកំពុងរុករក។ ពួកដែលចាប់បានសុទ្ធតែជាពួកអាធីវសក្ដិ២ និងសក្ដិ៣។ សភាពការណ៍បង្កបង្កើនផលសព្វថ្ងៃមានភ្លៀងខ្លះ ហើយ បងប្អូនបានចាប់ដំណើរការសាបហើយ។ តាមសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ពី ព្រំដែនថាបងប្អូនប្រជាជន និងកងទ័ពនៅតំបន់២១ ចេះតែចូលមកកាប់ ស្លឹកកាប់ឈើនៅក្នុងដីខាង៥០៥ ដោយឥតផ្ដល់ដំណឹងនាំឱ្យយើង ពិបាកពិនិត្យព្រៃតាមដានរកខ្មាំង។ ស្នើសុំឱ្យខាងបូពា៌តំបន់ ២១ ជូន ដំណឹងមុននឹងចូលដីខាង៥០៥។
