Comrade Ban, sent a telegram reporting that there were many students from all public schools of Laos people's Democratic Republic gathering and asked Mr. Poum Pong Vong Vichet, deputy priminister about what dicision and solution for Soviet Union who wanted to control and make some changes of Laotin culture.
