Yum said that she joined the army after coup. Then she was sent to carry wounded soldiers at battalfield. Later she was transferred to work at garment factory in Tuol Kok. She was selected to repair airport in Kampong Chhnang province. When the Vietnamese troops liberated the country, she and her husband escaped to jungle and stayed a camp of Cambodia-Thai border. |
