On November 25, 1973, National Army in Phnom Penh Kraom war operation sub-region, operated operating long Tonle Sap river arrested 17 people Vietnam family they also phendered 3 machines, 2 boats and most of their of fishing nets. 5 of the captured people Vietnamese Ngvieng Yang Than, Le Yang Kor, Ngvieng Yang Than, Ngvieng Yang Long and Fen Kong Thanh, were sent to second Burequ of the general staff. The rest of them as well as the took equipment were kept in Phnom Kraom war operation region by National Army force in Phnom Kraom war operation sub-region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យោធាផ្នែកសឹករងតំបន់ក្រោម ភំ្ន ប្រតិបត្ដិតាមទនេ្លសាប បានចាប់ជនជាតិយួនចំនួន៥គ្រួសារ ដែលមានមនុស្ស១៧នាក់ ក្នុងតំបន់កំពង់ភ្លុក ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៨៧៦-៥៦៤ ព្រមទាំងទូកម៉ាស៊ីន៣គ្រឿង ទូកចែវ២ មងមួយចំនួន។ ក្នុងមនុស្សចំនួន៥គ្រួសារនេះ និងវត្ថុរឹបអូសផ្នែកសឹករងបានបញ្ជូន ទៅសេនាធិការការិយាល័យទី២ មានជនជាតិ៥នាក់ឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យាំងថាន, ឡេ យាំងក, ង្វៀង យាំងថាំង, ង្វៀងយាំងឡុង និង ហ្វិន កុងថាញ់ ចំណែកជនដែលនៅសល់ និងវត្ថុរឹបអូសបានផ្នែកសឹករងបាន រក្សាទុកនៅតំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកក្រោមភំ្ន។
