On November 25, 1973, Ngvieng Yang Thang, a fisherman carrying identity card 13587, dated May 20, 1965, was a worker fishing of Nam Hay, and arrested by National Army, while returing from fishing.
ឈ្មោះ ង្វៀងយ៉ាំង ថាំង កាន់អត្ដសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណលេខ១៣១៥៨៨ ចុះថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥ ជាអ្នកស៊ីឈ្នួលនេសាទត្រី ឈ្មោះ ណាំហាយ ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងទ័ពជាតិកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅពេលដែលប្រភពត្រឡប់មកពីនេសាទត្រីវិញ។
