SRI0018 20061005, Trapeang Thom village, Meanchey sub-district, Prasat Bakorng district, Siem Reap province. Interviewed by Long Dany. Notes: Interviewed with the biography owner. Siek learnt at Trapeang Thom primary school and quited in 1968 when she learnt in grade 8. Soam joined the revolution in 1973 and worked as women medic at hospital near Kampong Kdei. 6 months later Soam was tranferred to Prek Pneou battalfield. In 1975, his unit was based on Tuol Kok. Two or three months later she was sent to grow rice in Kampong Cham. She worked at O Bek Ka-orm until the Khmer Rouge collasped in 1979.
អេសអអាយ០០១៨ ២០០៦១០០៥ ភូមិត្រពាំងធំ ឃុំមាន ជ័យ ស្រុកប្រាសាទបាគង ខេត្តសៀមរាប។ សម្ភាសដោយៈ ឡុង ដានី។ កំនត់សំគាល់ៈ សម្ភាសជាមួយម្ចាស់ប្រវត្តិរូប។ សៀក បាននិយាយថាគាត់បានរៀននៅសាលាត្រពាំងធំ ហើយ ឈប់រៀននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨នៅពេលគាត់រៀននៅថ្នាក់ទី៨។ ស៊ាំ ចូលបដិវត្តន៍នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ និងធ្វើជានារីយោធានៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ជិតកំពង់ក្តី។ ៦ខែក្រោយមក ស៊ាំ ត្រូវគេដកទៅសមរភូមិព្រែក ព្នៅ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អង្គភាពរបស់គាត់បានតាំងនៅទួលគោក។ ២៣ខែក្រោយមក គេបានបញ្ជូនគាត់ទៅដាំស្រូវនៅកំពង់ចាម។ ក្រោយមកគាត់ធ្វើការនៅអូរបែកក្អម រហូតដល់របបខែ្មរក្រហម ដួលរលំនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩។
