The estimated that in enemies unit had 60 percents of unit the combatants were failful to their tasks because they were poor, and 40 percents of them were not satisfied because they were not pointed to visit their ralatives, and the commander did not give gift to encourage soldiers.
តាមការប៉ាន់ស្មានថា ក្នុងឯកភាពរបស់ខ្មាំងមានយុទ្ធជនប្រហែល៦០ ភាគរយ ដែលមានចិត្ដគំនិតក្នុងកិច្ចការរបស់គេ ព្រោះយុទ្ធជនទាំងនោះ ជាមនុស្សទីទាល់ក្រ៤០ភាគរយ មិនសប្បាយចិត្ដព្រោះសុំច្បាប់ទៅ លេងបងប្អូន ឬឪពុកម្ដាយពុំបាន។ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះបទបញ្ជាមិនបានផ្ដល់ រង្វាន់ ដើម្បីលើកចិត្ដដល់ទាហានរបស់ពួកគេ។
