The following is our report to the District Education Office about the two people who have been caught:
1) Pich Chann, a soldier from Kampong Som.
2) Ouk Narin, a soldier too.
They were found stealing cassava and clothes from other members in their group. Despite meeting collectively to educate them and give them some counseling, they decided not to listen to the advice. Thus, the case has been reported to the District Education Office.
សូមជម្រាបជូនទៅមន្ទីរអប់រំស្រុក ចាប់បានមនុស្សពីរនាក់។ ១. បុីច ចាន់ ជាទាហានចេញមកពីកំពង់សោម និងម្នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក ណារិន ជាទាហាន គាត់ទាំងពីរនាក់ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពលួចដំឡូងមី និង សំលៀក បំពាក់របស់ប្រជាជននៅក្នុងកងជាមួយគ្នា។ ហើយសមូហភាព បានប្រជុំអប់រំ តែគាត់ទាំងពីរនាក់នេះមិនស្តាប់ អង្គការក៏សុំបញ្ជូនទៅគណៈមន្ទីរអប់រំស្រុកជាអ្នកសម្រេច។
