Keo Chan, about 50 years old, was a native Prey Ey village, Sangkat Kauki Saom Romduol district, Prey Veng province. Before the event on March 18, 1970, he had been served for Khmer Rouge movement but later become deputy chief of Brasaut district committee. He always worked at WT 975-316 in Kok village.
ឈ្មោះ កែវ ចាន់ អាយុប្រហែលជា៥០ឆ្នាំ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅ ភូមិព្រែកអី សង្កាត់គគីរសោម ស្រុករំដួល។ សព្វថ្ងៃជននោះធ្វើការ នៅភូមិកក់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៩៧៥-៣១៦ ក្នុងឋានៈជាអនុគណៈស្រុក ប្រសូត្រ។ នៅមុនព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍ ១មីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះនេះបាន បម្រើខ្មែរក្រហម។
